Many of the products used for successful construction with precast concrete require competent engineering input for each specific application and project.
The National Code of Practice for Precast, Tilt-Up and Concrete Elements in Building Construction and current Workplace Health & Safety legislation places significant safety-based obligations on designers, manufacturers, suppliers and installers of precast concrete and accessory products.
Additional engineering guidance and requirements are detailed in AS3850.
